Fuji Sensia 100

Although you can read sometimes that Sensia is the same emulsion as Provia and the only difference are more precise storage conditions for professional films, I can easily see the difference between the two. Sensia is still a very good film, with very low grain for ISO 100 film, but neither color saturation nor balance are any close to that of Provia, not mentioning Velvia. Color balance is a matter of taste to some extent, and for my taste Sensia is too cold. If you scan your slides, this can be easily corrected in a computer by subtracting some blue tint and increasing saturation. However, if you use your slides directly for projections, they are never as impressive as those made on Velvia or Provia.
